Autoclave

Vulcanization is the process of treating rubber or related polymers with curatives and heat to produce material of greater strength, elasticity and durability at a broader range of temperatures. Some vulcanization is conducted in the presses. This 60" x 144" autoclave is another tool we use for vulcanization. It uses heated air, which allows Westland Technologies to produce any combination of temperature, vacuum, chamber pressure and time needed to achieve desired results.
